Because each product is uniquely created for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items. All sales of personalized products are final. We encourage you to double-check your designs, spelling, and product selections before placing your order.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with a print that is materially different from what you designed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For non-customized ("Standard Products"), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
